Sweet Bzz & Daisies is committed to producing beautiful, high-quality dresses for your weddings, communions, parties, family celebrations and other special occasions. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with Sweet Bzz & Daisies, you are agreeing to these policies.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

Ordering
All One of a Kind dresses ship within two days after payment is received.

Domestic Shipping
All orders within the Unites States will be shipped via USPS, insured and a delivery tracking number will be provided. Sweet Bzz & Daisies is not responsible for items that get lost, go missing or get damaged by the post office.

International Shipping



Thanks to our partnership with Borderlinx, international shipping is hassle-free.

For International Delivery:

1. Get your very own US Shipping Address here, it's free and only takes a minute.

2. Use your new Borderlinx Shipping Address when placing your order with (merchant name), this is the address that (merchant name) will send your items to.

3. Borderlinx will handle delivery from your new US Shipping Address to your home address, including all customs and tax formalities. (For Companies that cannot accept Non-US payment cards)

Note: Sweet Bzz & Daisies can only accept payment cards with a US billing address. If you have a payment card with an international billing address, you can use the Borderlinx Concierge Service here, and Borderlinx will make the purchase on your behalf.

Custom Orders
Because the dresses are singular creations, there is only one of each offered in the stated size. Please feel free to contact us with any special-order requests. We’re happy to use any of our current styles as a jumping off point for designing a new creation especially for you. And brides, we’d be honored to be a part of your special day. Contact us with your colors and ideas, and we’ll work with you to create the flower girl dress of your dreams.

After you place your custom order, you will receive a receipt via email that lists the style, size, all requested design specifications and your expected delivery window. Please review it carefully, and let us know of any inaccuracies within 24 hours. If we need to send you a modified receipt, we will do so within 24 hours. After that point, we will begin making your dress according to these specifications. Please note, there are no refunds on custom orders.

Returns and Exchanges
For One of Kind pieces, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please call for a return or exchange authorization within 24 hours. We must receive returns within 7 days of return or exchange authorization. If the item is received after 7 days, you will receive store credit. Dresses must be returned in their original packaging and with original tags attached. Clothing must not have been worn or altered and must be free of smoke and pet debris. Sweet Bzz & Daisies is not responsible for items lost in the mail during the return or exchange process so please insure and track your packages. Please allow for up to 3 weeks for return processing. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
